A bit about me...

I'm glad you're here!

I'm a DBT specialist with training in RODBT. After finishing my master's, I moved to Austin, TX, where I worked as an individual and group therapist in both a private practice, Austin DBT Associates, and an intensive outpatient program, Ascension Seaton Behavioral Health. I've worked with clients from ages 12 - 60+ from a variety of backgrounds and various mental health challenges.

Since moving to London, I've started my own virtual private practice working with folks based in the UK, while also continuing to see clients based in the U.S.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I'm a strong supporter of queer and transgender rights. You're going to be affirmed, validated, and supported in my practice. I also have experience working with folks who are neurodivergent and can relate in many ways as an ADHDer with Dyslexia myself.

Outside of work, I enjoy stand-up comedy (I love any opportunity for a good laugh), trying new cafes and restaurants, and traveling.
